All HVIP products are made of EU certified medical grade silicone, which has passed skin irritation tests and does not contain plasticizers, phthalates and other harmful ingredients. Before first use, it is recommended to try touching a small area on the inside of the wrist or behind the ear for 10 minutes, and stop using it immediately if there is any redness or itching (a very small number of sensitive skin may react).

Step-by-step instruction:

① After turning off the machine, use a cotton swab dipped in 75% medical alcohol to gently wipe the crevices (silicone material only).

② Rinse with running warm water for 20 seconds, and gently brush the texture with the included antibacterial silicone brush.

Place in a ventilated area to dry naturally, or dry with a lint-free cloth and place in a UV sterilized storage box (optional accessory).

HVIP's antimicrobial silicone technology inhibits 99% of bacteria growth. Please when storing:

Ensure it is completely dry and then keep it sealed.

Remove every 2 weeks for 1 hour ventilation.

Avoid direct sunlight or hot environments (e.g. bathrooms).

Create your own ritual:

Physical preparation: Trim your nails (to avoid scratching the silicone) and wash your hands.

Mental preparation: Read the “Body Exploration Handbook” that comes with the HVIP box and complete the “Declaration of Self-Acceptance” exercise.

Environmental Preparation: Create a sense of security with scented candles, silk eye masks, and a slow jazz song list.

Order delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing time:

1-3 legal working days (calculated from successful payment)

Shipping time:

North America: 5-10 days

Europe: 5-8 days

Other regions: 7-21 days

You can check the progress in real time through the order tracking system, and the logistics time is calculated from the next day after the parcel leaves the warehouse.

The shipping time is an estimated range based on 90% of the order data, and may be delayed in the following cases:

Customs sampling (it is recommended to know the import regulations of your country in advance)

Ambiguous/incorrect address (logistics will contact you by SMS to confirm)

Phased processing:

Unshipped: You can modify the address online self-service (limited to 3 times).

Shipped: North America/European parcels can pay for the application of “address redirection” ($ 35 / time), other regions are recommended to contact the local logistics company to intercept.

Important Note: Please use the address verification tool when placing an order (the system automatically detects the validity of the format).

Tax policies vary from country to country:

Unshipped: EU/Canada: HVIP prepaid customs duty (DDP terms), you don't need to pay extra.

Before your order has not yet entered the production or shipping process (usually within 24 hours after successful payment), you can cancel it at any time in the “My Orders” page, the system will automatically refund the full amount. If the order status shows “shipped”, you can not cancel, we suggest you use our 30 days worry-free return service after receiving the goods.

If quality problems are found within 30 days after receipt of goods:

Step 1: Take a video/photo of the malfunction and send it toservice@hvipshop.com.

Step 2: After review and approval, you can choose free replacement or full refund.

Special Policy: To protect privacy, no need to send back the problem product, cut the power cord and take a photo to confirm the destruction.

Based on the special nature of adult products hygiene:

Unopened: returnable within 7 days without any reason, HVIP will bear the shipping cost.

Unpacked: Returns are only accepted for quality issues (non-quality issues will not be accepted). However, you still have the following options:

Keep the product and receive 30% emotional comfort money

Redeem 50% of the amount for exchange to other products

Processing time: Refunds will be initiated within 1 working day after the audit is approved.

Arrival time: Credit card/Alipay/WeChat payment usually takes 3-15 working days (depending on the bank).

Privacy: Refund details show “HVIP Aesthetic Design Service Fee” to protect consumer privacy.

Step 1: Contact service@hvipshop.com for exclusive return code (e.g. RT2023-HVIP).

Step 2: Use ordinary courier to send out, do not write any brand information on the outer box, and fill in the code in the address column.

Ultimate protection: you can choose the “Ghost Mail” service, and the HVIP courier will pick up the goods at your door (only support some cities).

Please stop using it immediately! Possible causes and response:

Dry friction: replenish water-based lubricant (never use oil-based lubricant).

Intensity is too high: switch to the lowest gear and gradually adapt.

Mental tension: take a deep breath, play relaxing music, tell yourself “it's my right”.

There is no standard answer! But it is recommended for novices:

Supine Bent Knee: the most relaxing basic position, easy to control the strength.

Side lying cuddle: reduces tension from direct contact.

Bathroom Exploration (waterproof models only): warm water helps muscles relax.

HVIP adopts silent motor technology, running volume ≤60dB.

Basic gear: close to the ear to be heard.

High-grade: It can be covered by a quilt or white noise machine (such as the sound of rain).

HVIP is divided into three levels of waterproof:

Life waterproof (IPX4): splash-proof, can be flushed with water when cleaning.

Shower usable (IPX7): Safe under the shower for 15 minutes.

Submersible grade (IPX8): 30 minutes in the bathtub/pool without worry (immersion for more than 1 hour is not recommended).
